2. Accounts

• To use the Dashboard, you must create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Service Use

• You may send messages through the widget to receive responses in your dashboard.
• Do not use Sonario for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Payments

• Any paid features are billed via Stripe.
• You agree to pay all fees and taxes.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Data

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• You consent to data sharing with third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, WhatsApp) for the purpose of delivering messages.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms.
• You may delete your account at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, code, and branding in Sonario are owned by Sonario and protected by law.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify the service without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Sonario is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France / European Union.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
